Terms and Conditions
 
  1. All orders are accepted subject to stock availability. Where items are temporarily out of stock you will be notified by email of the earliest possible shipping date.
  2. Shipping will take place within 3 - 5 working days of receipt of order, but please allow 10 - 14 working days for receipt of order. Dates quoted for delivery are approximate and we shall not be held liable for failure to complete within the stated time limits.
  3. All orders must be checked upon receipt and any damage or missing items must be reported within 3 working days.
  4. Orders may be placed and collected from our premises but this must be communicated to us before placing the order so that we may calculate the cost Net of postage.
  5. All orders must be paid for in advance of delivery or collection.
  6. For larger orders, designer soap orders etc, a deposit is required before commencement of manufacture and full payment prior to shipping. For designer soaps or non stock items we reserve the right to ship these goods at the earliest possible time.
  7. All designer soaps or larger orders must have an increased production lead time and the customer is responsible for ensuring early notification to ourselves of the completion date requirement.

  8. Any advice or recommendation offered by ourselves for the use and storage of our products which is not confirmed in writing shall not leave ourselves liable.
  9. Commercial outlets, wholesalers or retailers who specify or agree a formulation for manufacture shall not hold ourselves liable should this later prove unacceptable.
  10. We reserve the right to alter our formulations to enable us to produce our products within the terms and conditions applicable to the Cosmetics Industry or any other regulatory body without the obligation to notify our customers of such changes.
  11. We reserve the right to modify our prices in accordance with manufacturing cost or those associated with the purchase cost of base materials.
  12. The company retains ownership of the property until such time as full payment is made by the purchaser.
  13. We warrant our products according to the stated use however, soap that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return under warranty and repayment.
  14. Subject to 13 above, we accept that should a complaint arise as to the quality of our products, the customer has the right to return the goods stating what the complaint is and requesting investigation into the causes and refund in the value of the soap only and excluding any postage.
